How far along: 35 weeks
Baby's size: baby is over 18 inches long and weighs about 5 1/4 pounds (the size of a honeydew melon)
What baby is up to (according to Babycenter.com):
Because it's so snug in your womb, he isn't likely to be doing somersaults anymore, but the number of times he kicks should remain about the same. His kidneys are fully developed now, and his liver can process some waste products. Most of his basic physical development is now complete – he'll spend the next few weeks putting on weight.
Symptoms: trouble sleeping, indigestion, some swelling
Total Weight Gain: not sure
Best moment since last update: Joel told me he was reading to the baby this week! Joel’s big boy room is painted J
Movement: yep! It's becoming quite cramped in there!
Food cravings: nothing specific
What I miss: having shirts that are long enough!
What I'm looking forward to: meeting our little one and finding out if it's a boy or girl :)
